Membership Renewal

There are three renewal options, two of them allow you to get Membership and Indoor Range cards on the spot, the third by US mail.

In late November (before the Annual Meeting in December) you should have received an email from the club that is pre-filled with the information we have on file for you. Just print that email and bring/send with your payment, as discussed below.

For 2026 renewals, the eBoard has requested all members complete Waiver Form so that the club's records are complete.

If you do not have the email or can't print it, you can fill out a renewal form: Renewal Form.

  1. The form does not have dues/fees shown as these may change. Check the Current Dues Page.
  2. Note: You can also get this from the “Take One” box for renewals in the Clubhouse or from any Club Officer.

Method 1 – In Person – In person renewals will be available on many Saturdays in December and January, at eBoard Meetings and at the New Member Orientations. Please print out your email or Renewal Form and Waiver and bring them with you. Please have your check made out, or exact change ready if paying cash. Verify the date/time on the Calendar - eBoard is usually the First Thursday at 6:30 pm and Orientation is usually the First Saturday at 9:00 am, both at the Clubhouse.

Method 2 – Contact any Club Officer or eBoard Member – You can give them the pre-filled email or they have blank forms, membership cards and the ability to do renewals on the spot. However, they will not be able to laminate your cards so you will have to make a trip to the clubhouse to use the laminating machine. If you handwrite the form pay special attention to making sure it is clear and readable.

Method 3 – US Mail – combine the prefilled email or completed Renewal Form and Waiver Form with a check or money order (no cash) and mail it to the Club. PLEASE make sure your email address and phone number are correct, clear, and readable on the renewal form.

FAQ:

  1. What date are yearly membership dues due by?
  • The lock codes change every January 1st, so you will not be able to access the club after that until you renew and get the new codes.
  • The by-laws allow you to renew anytime in the year, but you have to pay the full year's dues.
  • If you have not renewed by the end of next year you have to re-join as a new member.
